What is tapatio fc?

Tapatio FC is a Mexican football club based in Guadalajara, Jalisco. They are the reserve team of Club Deportivo Guadalajara, commonly known as Chivas, and play in the Liga Premier de México, which is the third tier of Mexican football. Tapatio FC was founded in 1979 and has since served as a development team for young players looking to eventually break into the first team of Chivas. The team plays their home matches at the Estadio Akron, which is also the home stadium of Chivas.
